Machinery & Equipment Certified Comprehensive Appraisal
This is a complete Machinery and Equipment appraisal, with a detailed report and certified inspection of the equipment. This report requires an onsite inspection of equipment one of our CMEA’s. This report is used during litigation for settlement purposes, insurance claims, binding arbitration, lending, or liquidation
Machinery & Equipment Certified Desktop Appraisal
This is a complete Machinery and Equipment appraisal, with a summary report conducted by a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) using NEBB. The report can provide one of three values; Fair Market Value, Orderly Liquidation Value, or Forced Liquidation Value. This report is great for insurance purposes, lending purposes, buy sell agreements; divorce, balances sheet revaluations and litigation.
Business Calculation of Value This is a limited valuation based on a singular approach and method; however, it is still completed by an Accredited Business Analyst (CBA) using National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) standards. This is the most popular report used to provide an approximate indication of a Businesses Market Price. This report should be used by business brokers and business intermediaries.
Business Conclusion of Value (Summary Report)
This is a complete Business Conclusion of value completed by an Accredited Business Analyst (CBA) using NACVA standards. This valuation and report is accepted in the finance and legal communities, including the IRS. This report will generally not contain background method, approach, and/or calculations relied upon by the appraiser.
