Began in 2003, Machinery and Equipment Appraisals, Inc. is a service business offering consultation and appraisals for machinery and equipment, businesses, real estate, equipment brokerage, and land and buildings.  Our appraisals are used in a multitude of industries for various reasons.  Our appraisals and valuations can be used in any business, legal, or IRS setting.  Our most common appraisals are conducted for SBA lending purposes and business brokers for business purchases.  ​

Staff
Our Staff of Certified Appraisers are trained and certified by the National Equipment and Business Builders Institute (NEBB) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) to meet the obligatory legal requirements implicated with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP), and the Statement on Standards for Valuation Services (SSVS) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Again, these standard allow our appraisals and valuations to withstand the scrutiny of any business, legal, or even IRS proceeding.
